My boss just made the jump into si4. Now I get to make it work. I'm sure I will become good friends with google shortly.

Any experience based ideas, suggestions, or warnings of pitfalls would be much appreciated.

we have been using D-Tools since V2.1 (2002-03?) it is a very expensive product to maintain and get good at, but it is very much the best solution for high end installations, plus when you have set your packages and products, putting a bid together is easy, you will not believe how many problems and cost you will save on your installations.
Tech support as been getting better over the years. Upgrades are expensive so watch out.
