I don’t normally do commercial systems any more – so I have lost touch with projectors for conference room projects. But this is a room that I really have to do (for an existing customer) and I don’t mind tackling it.

I need 2 dlp projectors 1280x12024 – NOT WIDESCREEN – with DVI inputs that also have discrete power and input control. Hopefully these units will retail for less than $4-5k. I have not even had time to research this, but I figure I’d see if any of my fellow CI guys have first hand recommendations for 4:3 PJ’s (hopefully DLP, but would consider LCD) that have discrete IR and DVI inputs. The source will be a PC with dual DVI outputs. I plan on using the Screen Innovations Mirage material.

Brands I figure I should consider would be Mitsubishi & NEC – any others?
