Are you looking to subcontract?...or are you looking for an employee?

People post this stuff all the time - it's ok.

Considering the constant level of sarcasm whenever it is called for, any inappropriate posts are dealt with almost immediately! If you post inappropriately, you will know right away.

And if you can't ask a bunch of guys who are willing to answer, offering help, knowing they will be shot down if they really are idiots, well, you are likely to get some pretty good information.

Sorry I don't know of anyone to suggest.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

We would primarily like to "employee", but may contract for the right individual as long as it is transparent to our customer and have control over the project as well as keep our customers, "our customer"!
