it does have a vcr built in. so the macrovision , now that I think about it, is more than likely the culprit.

I'd go for a 63" Fujitsu mounted to the side of your work truck. The yoy can sleep in the box. PRoblem solved.

I feel for you with this problem but the guys are right as usual just bite the bullet and buy a new TV doesnt have to be a Mega set but a good TV with A/V inputs..like Component!

I'll tell my wife the guys at RC said it was ok to buy a new set.

Customers don't give you TVs for free all the time? I have a pile of them in my warehouse. I even had a client give me a 20" ED Samsung LCD, the one with the built in wall bracket (awesome kitchen TV). I guess I look needy and poor.

It's crazy how people think you're rolling in it when you own your own A/V company. People actually resent me for it. I have been blessed with great clients living in 2.5 to 4 million dollar homes all year and they think I am ripping them off when I spec in front projection! It's loco.

Alas, when I go home to my modest 1800 sq. ft. home, I sleep perfectly well.
