[sigh] okay, hello people!! Any and all correspondance would be SO greatly appreciated I just can't type them to words, so here goes; Just got my "incredble" URC MX3000. LOVE IT! However, a small glitch:

The discrete codes for my H/K FL 8385 RC CD Player is not listed in the Pre-Programmed IR DataBase. I used the codes from the H/K FL 8550 and everything pretty much works fine with these codes with the exception of the PWR_ON and PWR_OFF - There isn't any power on or off codes to choose from anywhere in the data base for an H/K CD Player. I tried "Learning" the codes from the original remote as well as the remote that came with my H/K AVR635. The software is giving me a "Good" learn when I try and upload them, but still no joy - The CD Player isn't responding to the command when I hit PWR_ON or PWR_OFF for the CD. the FL 8385 responds with both H/K Remotes but, unfortunately, not with my MX3000.

Attempt #2: I chose 2-Learn in the Current Learned IR List, which basically does a double IR code verification before it confirms the code to the DataBase list. What happends is the first learn is "...GOOD" The second learn "...Fails". This happends while learning the discrete codes with both the AVR635 and the FL 8385 remotes.

I'm am, therefore attempting to get the actual discrete codes for the PWR_ON "and" PWR_OFF with the Harmon/Kardon FL 8385 RC Multi Disk CD Player.

Whew!! Got it all out. Once again, I'd like to thank anyone that would find the time to help.
