What do I win?

A C4 Christmas ornament?
Oh yeah, already got that. It's right below the touchpanel.

By chance is it blue, shaped like a hockey puck and emits a nice odor when moistened?

I see @V@D distribution in the [near] future.......

Seems to me AVAD would actually make great sense from their point of view, just where they want to go to mass market home automation, certainly a lot more sense at this point in time than CC...IMO.

Question is would AVAD want them, and if so, would they (AVAD) be prepared to handle the sudden onslaught of support issues?

I've woken up with those things stuck to the side of my face before. Taste like shit, but at least now i know who to blame.

I want to know why they're called "Urinal Cakes".

Since I got the ornament in the mail I have been trying to wrap it around me and enjoy the warmth that Barry so boastfully enjoys! Just an update - for those of you that need some technical support from C4 to collect a final payment that would allow you buy presents for your wife and kids and provide a nice holiday meal - you are F**KED as they will be closed tomorrow and Monday for the holiday. Its' okay though, I will tell my kids that life is hard and next year if daddy buys a lot more dimmers the company that makes them will be able to afford to pay some tech crew so he can get a big wheel instead of a big middle finger. Happy Holidays all!
with all do respect... i had no idea that you had an experimental surgery to have your balls removed.

Yeah, but you don't want to mess with the religious holidays in Utah...

If they didn't give their staff the closest working day before and after each religious holiday, their State taxes automatically rise and they risk being outcast as a progressive organizartion.

old thread but had to respond,

this is just like Geek Squad, flat rate pricing is just to get their foot in the door, once they're there the price ends up being 5 times more than advertised because there is so much they don't tell you,

example: I wanna buy two C4 dimmers for $200, OH! what's that I have to buy a $500 controller before they do anything, OH! I have to pay $800 for programming, I need a keypad? etc.

They are shooting their own reputation in the foot, last year &^%'s custom department lost tons of money and they will continue to do so because they can afford it

That's death to selling that brand to a bunch of other dealers in the Chicago market. ABT is such a big operation, and so beyond the control of any vendor they do business with, that other dealers will avoid selling anything they sell. I've had vendors come to me and tell me they were pulling out of there, and that meant I should take the brand more seriously...
