Hey gang-
This is my first experience using a SW104HD as a solution for switching component video and analogue audio...

Anyway, the CE Labs device has discreets for switching inputs...We are using a Niles MS 200 IR sensor on a Panasonic Vieta plasma and have the CE Labs device and all components in an enclosed equipment stack.

The IR codes from the CE Labs device do not seem to work with the Home Theater Master MX 850 that we're setting up for our client (this is true when pointing the MX 850 directly at the CE Labs device and when pointing it at the Niles MS200 receiver). However, the remote control that came with the CE Labs device does work properly.

I've tried many different ways to learn the CE Labs codes into the 850...the MX 850 software editor even has the codes for the CE labs device and I've tried those as well-no success

Also, we are using the CE Labs device, an MX 850 remote and a Niles MS 200 in two different rooms in the client's home and the results are the same.

I'm thinking about returing the CE Labs devices and trying a Key Digital switcher.

Any thoughts here??

Thanks,

I ran into a similar problem with an MX850 and an Auton plasma lift (which I do NOT recommend!!). The URC tech dept had me mail them the original remote to them and they captured and adjusted the codes. They emailed me the functioning codes within a few days and mailed me back the original remote and all was good. URC is top notch all the way!

Good luck!
