My parents are to the point where they finally want a plasma in their living room. My mom's been looking at these cabinets on the web and we will be going to take a look at a couple furniture stores in our area that carry them. I'll take notes and let you know what I think of the initial quality.

I don't have any ACTUAL experience with them but if they seem well built (and the motor too) we may test one at the parental's house. What better place to test!
Why all the fighting and cussing? Can't Dave play nice? We're just here to learn and have fun. It was a harmless jab, laugh and get over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BTW... S-E-A-R-C-H!!!
or do the work!!!

I just always just use the back seat of my car or a hotel room. Never really saw a need for any special furniture.
No, I wont install your plasma with an orange extension cord hanging down the wall.

For that matter, just stack everything on the floor next to the kitty litter box. Dont worry about hiding the wires. Looks "techy" that way......LOL

That's funny! There was this one hooker we did an installation for, and she had decided before we started that a plasma was definitely what she wanted to display the individual room cameras on.

Or did you mean something else?

As for the hooker's furniture itself, there was a lot of naugahyde, which sticks but is easy to wipe off. I wouldn't touch any of the fur in the place, though.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Hey guys, the humor is quite clever and esoteric (erotic?), but I've had two clients this week who are buying this stuff and it appears to be $$$ and I'd like to get in on the action. Now if we could be somewhat serious for a moment, need good info even if interspersed with the funnies.....

Are you talking about the Intimate Home Collection? :-) Sorry, I couldn't resist.

C'mon, Carl; I've been waiting for you to weigh in on this.

TJG... After Front 242 post on this web site you still haven't figured out that it's nearly impossible to keep a post serious...

And how in the world did you expect it to remain serious with such a heading... No pun intended.

As for your question... I'm sure there are plenty of fine professionals here willing to tell you how to get started selling, moreover, pimping Hookers stuff to your customers.

You have 2 clients that want to buy this furniture so now you just want to cleark those deals instead of SELLING what you cary? Do a lot of business with JVC, FIsher, and KLH too?

Although the idea of having Hookers on my showroom floor is rather apealing... I looked through their website and found that they are a full like furniture manufacturer and their entertainment centers look like they have NOT though about what goes into them at all. Form over Function big time......

Furniture is a pain in the butt...... Pick a couple/few lines and stick with em.

TJG55 actually made me feel a little guilty that I am so prone to crack jokes instead of answer questions. So for once I will be serious. This company makes an excellent product that a a great alternative to Hooker Furniture. They are also eager to work with small dealers.

Okay. Since this web site is interfreakinnational, how about when you ask a serious question about a manufacturer, that you at least don't pull a ceied and leave out any and all possible capital letters? How about you realize that maybe the other end of the country hasn't heard of it, and you include a link? How about it, huh?

QQQ -- it is just awesome to know that you had that manufacturer's web site at your, uh, well, fingertips. Maybe it was on the tip of your tongue, I don't know.

By the way, when that site opened, it appeared at first that the man in the picture was holding a prosthetic leg. It took a while to figure out that it is a cricket bat. I would like to have a whole shelf unit made out of cricket bats!

Actually Ernie, it was Impaqts comment that made me think of it ;-):
