Anyone thought about getting rid of those annoying system areas on the touch panel's top an bottom, offering clutter and 'great' animations?

I'd like to be in control of the whole panel. Any thoughts from your side appreciated.

ehmm, sorry, PRONTO and alike.
Can anybody of the TSU6000 users confirm that at least the top area was shrunk? Looks like that on the pictures...

You can't change the top and bottom "system" areas of those remotes.... eg: Pronto, ProntoPro, and the Marantz line (5000, 5200, 9200).

I BELIEVE the Pro has the same editable screen space as the pronto does...I know that the 5200 and 9200 has a bigger editable area since it's system areas were shrunk.

I know that unfortunately _we_ cannot shrink the system area's size.
But RCS in Belgium can and they will when enough of us urge them to...

My question was: how many of you would like to see it gone?

If there is a back feature, then why not, I can create my own home icon on each page. But the different sections are used as a primitive and limited back.
