I just started this business I am new in Industry.
I been in Computer Hardware before.
Have good clinentel and good Brand only thing I need good Help
Also if some one Please let me know How I should pay and how much
per hour or per job

Giving the people you find good to work with a share of the profit on the jobs they complete over and above thier regular wage. This will promote a true interest in the success of the conpany. By doing this the installer will try harder and will take some responsibility for it. Setting goals and having clear expectations will make sure you are on the same page.

Keep up or get out of the way

I find that i do not have to pay my employee's very much as long as I give them a thorough weekly flogging.
