I have a customer who has an old pioneer elite pro 97 tv, and i am setting up a pronto for them, however they lost the remote and i need the discrete video 1 and ant codes, can anyone help??

Are you sure that TV doesn't use the old high frequency codes?

Pioneer used to use high frequency codes, like B&O, for their Elite line, which, to my knowledge, a Pronto couldn't learn.

Check the files section to see if there is a similar model, and try them.

If they don't work, it may be likely that that model uses the high frequency codes.

Try the discrete codes for the Pioneer Rear Projection tv's in the files section here. I've been able to use them to control the older elite tv's....especially since the pronto won't learn the codes from the actuall remotes. If you're using the TSU2000 or RC5000i (using the Touchscreen editor program) try setting the IR codes by using the program's builtin database, I've gotten those codes to work with those TV's also.
