Hi,
I've recently purchased a Yamaha RX-V757 7.1 A/V Receiver and I have a set of Yamaha home theather speakers 6.1. I cannot tell by the instructions how to set up the rear center channel speaker to the receiver.
There are connections for both surround back (back placement) speakers and surround (back side placement) speakers. The directions assume that you are doing one or the other (2 behind or 4 behind) the listening area. What is the configuration to the receiver if you are only doing 3 behind?

On the back of the 757 you will notice that the Surround Back posts have one marked "Single". This is where you would hook up your rear center channel. If I am not mistaken, the left side of the Surround Back posts is the single side.
That should help...
