Anyone use either the ed or hd set. Discrete input and power commands? Look ok? Calibratable? (Is that a word?)
Any comments, as always, appreciated.
Have a great weekend!

I just did a Pronto for a Panasonic, have no idea what the model was. But no discrete inputs would work, I tried everything I had in my computer and dug around here for a while. On and off worked fine. I had to do the channel anchor and toggle to get to the input. It worked great for me, I really hope it works consistantly for the client.
I have worked on older models that the discretes worked great, but moving forward they dropped the ball. I have heard they have fixed this problem now, I sure hope so. I was only involved with the remote and the programming.
As for picture quality, it was no too bad. I have seen better and I have seen worsre. It would be really hard for me to recommend the product at this time with this experience.

Colors and black level OK. Scaler is horrible. Calibration should definitely help but cannot get nearly as good as some others. Customer support from Panasonic is non-existent.
