Marshall makes a nifty little gadget, one side injects 18VDC (Included adaptor) and outputs composite video and line level audio. The other side (mounted at the camera location) outputs 12VDC and accepts composite and line level audio. You connect the 2 pieces with a single coax cable, up to 1000' apart. The set sells for a little less than 100 bucks. It's not the cheapest, and if you need the signal modulated, the CamModulator might make more sense, but it's another solution if you need it.

Eric, the diplexer was the answer I needed - Thanks!
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

If still interested, you can use diplexers which are designed to split/join voltage (DC) with video/digital
on co-ax

I'm about linn,

Actually the Home Director camodulators are exactly like the NetMedia.. actually I believe NetMedia just repackages theirs for Home Director.. and NetMedia camodulators are cheaper..
