At the top of the screen in PE there is the option of opening a gallery that has all the default buttons, frames, keypads, etc. Does anyone know how to edit this portion of Pronto Edit 2.0 to repalace or includ my own bitmaps? Thanks I now know how!!

You can, but you need a CCF editor program. Or you can just go to the download section here and download a pretty extensive gallery and just swap it with the one in your "C:\Program Files\Pronto" directory.

Using prontoedit, just open up the gallery.ccf file and all the gallery pages will show up under the device column. From there you can add panels and import your own bitmaps (add a button, then set it to use a bitmap). Then just save it as your gallery.ccf and next time you run prontoedit and open up the gallery the new stuff will be there.
