Ive run into an installation that requires a small 2 channel amp. Ive seen them before, but now I cant seem to find one. Im not looking for any features, just a small (size of a small shoe box that hangs on a wall) 110V 2 channel (35 WPC should do). Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks guys!

Niles TVA-50. Really cute, and sounds decent.

I've used the russound amp alot for zone 2s and inwall subs. It was the size of a shoe, this years model is a flatpack design (about 8x10).
Jamo has the mpa101 2x50 variable crossover.
It's such a fine line between stupid, and clever.

Sherbourn has 2 small amps, one with video trigger and one without. They weigh more than some Sony AV Receivers! They are a very custom minded company, and their amps are bulletproof! [Link: sherbourn.com]

it would help if you were a bit more specific in the amps application, otherwise you will get a broad array of suggestions.

We have an LCD that is going to be placed behind a 2-way mirror. We are going to run the fixed out to the amp, to feed an A/B switch in the wall, to feed a V/C to feed a pair of 6" in ceiling speakers.

Can the TV be run with variable out? That way, tv remote would control sound to speakers via tv remote using a rollover. Jobsite, Niles, Sonance, Russound, Sherbourne all make such animals.

Wire house music to VC, from VC to rollover, out to speakers. That way, even if house music is down/off, user gets full gain....

Fred nailed it... use the Sonance ASAP or it's equivelant from Niles and your client will not have to get out of bed to go hit the A/B switch.

When the TV is on, the local amp is powering the speakers with the TV signal. When the TV is off, the whole house music leads are passed through. If there is a VC in the whole house system, place this AFTER the VC or your TV sound to the speakers is limited to the setting on the autoformer, and many people turn them off...
Let the variable outs on the TV (make sure you have them) set the level for the TV sound.
