Looking to install my home theater gear (receiver, changers, etc.) in a closet and then run the speaker wires down into the basement then up into the walls to the speakers.

Looking for a source of wholesale supply for modular wall plates and inserts (coax fittings, speaker connections, etc.) Along with speaker wire (various gauges), banana plugs, RG6 QuadShield cable, tools, etc. Also need and IR receiver, wiring, repeaters, etc. since the units will be in a closet and I have to get the IR from the remote in there.

Would rather have one source for all at a fairly good price instead of a bunch with the lowest prices. Will prbably do this one room installation then do the rest of the house later.

Thanks in advance,
Carl

I have an account with ADI. They have all that you seek with branches all over the US.

ECHOSLOB - could you provide a bit more info. I'm not familiar with them. What is that an abbreviation for? Do they have a website? Thanks for your help. -Carl

The Home Depot sells the leviton stuff at a good price, some of it below ADI prices. You can get all your plates, cables etc there but I haven't seen I.R. stuff..

Actually Phil, I was there today. That is what prompted my post. Wanted to compare prices and make sure that it wasn't a big rip at HD.

Thanks - Carl
