Thanks Julie great article,It does seem to me that a massive marketing machine is going to end up pouring its brand of media elixir down potential customers throats very soon.
Guys i think Windows Media centre and the companies who are dependant on it's success are going to be pushing it big time much more than before. Business is war ,Know thy enemy (even if you don't think it is a competitor).Viiv is supposed to address some of the issues with using a PC as a media centre .Just as Centrino did with mobiles ,It's not good enough to casualy dismiss a product or brand as consumers are getting smarter and can spot holes in your arguments. It is going to incresingly get harder to convince customers that WMC is not that reliable etc when the ad's and PC press say otherwise.
