I have a client with a Crestron ST-Tune. I move his system to the basement below his Media room and in the process the presets have disappeared. Anyone know how to reprogram the presets? Thanks

the presets are programmed in logic from the main Crestron controller... as such, it was the programmer's decision to determine the method of preset storage. one example that i have seen is to manually tune to a station, then press and hold the preset button for a period of time... that period of course is determined by the programmer, so it could be 5 seconds, it could be 5 minutes... whatever. another example is the use of a secret screen... might be hidden, might be password protected, maybe its on only 1 panel in the installation...

If you have the smw file email it to me and I will code the ST-Tune for you.
QQQ: evil is one of the four letter words that describes your wit.
Actually, I sespect you had to do more than move the ST-Tune to lose the presets. I suspect you also loaded a new program and that is the reason your presets no longer work.

As everyone else suggested...doesn't the logic allow you to make your own presets when and wherever you want?

Thanks for the replys. I haven't used a ST Tune for five years and was no longer familiar with it. Leaving the tuner without power for a couple of days was the culprit. Thanks for the offer Alan but all is well. Tom, thanks for the solution, see ya at the beach.
