So a customer wants their existing Dell W4200HD TV to be used as part of the surround sound we will be installing. The remote has no discretes. I have tried numerous searches on this site but came up with nothing.
I figure buy the price , there must be a lot of these friggin' things around. Can anyone help a brother out?

If you must deal with this thing (I feel for you, really , I do), I would fully explain to the client that their system will not operate in the manner it should, and that it's all because of that "low end" PDP from Dell.

I thought of that but I don't want to offend. I did mention that I will look on line for codes...

Grego,
Don’t worry about offending. I'm not saying to be an assh@!e about it, well placed tact is a good thing. Its our job to educate the public so that our customer in the future knows where to go to buy (that’s us not the big box retailers) and know why they should spend the extra money and not wait it on a piece of junk.
