We have not tried HAI w/ MCE yet, so I can't comment on that, but interfacing HAI w/ IR is 'relatively easy' w/ an Ocelot or Leopard from Applied Digital on a serial port. If you search the worthington solutions site, they have a 'guide' for doing this. That is how I found out about it originally. It may not be the best solution, but it does work w/o a problem.
