Anyone run across this model and know of a discrete code for the input 1 & 2 commands. They toggle from component to RGB making it unreliable with an IR remote. I don't want to run a wire from MX850 and MRF300 for a flasher since we would have to cut holes. The only solution I have come up with is to go to the composite input and then back to component. If the customer doesn't point towards the TV exactly it may miss the composite command and toggle the input to RGB. Wow is this a dumb design...usually Sony's are at least easy to control.

Might be time for the in-elegant, but effective, "fix tv" button...

Don't know of one offhand, but...are Video 1 and 2 NTSC? Do you have separate video and computer buttons on the remote? Have you tried the discretes in the Original Pronto Files section? I assume you can copy and paste hex code into the software for your remote....
Then, yes, there is the Fix TV button.

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything. "The biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place." -- G. “Bernie” Shaw |
