Anyone seen the new audio control m2? Retail 2399 and is basically the maestro with hdmi and other features. the price use to be 6k. its supposed to be great. anyone?

they are also releasing a 7 channel amp at 2999. sounds as if the combp will be great at that price point.

A few years back I played with the Maestro for a few weeks when it was 6k but passed on it because it was 6k and I have few, if any, clients looking for pre/pros in that price point. I was impressed with the Maestro in terms of its setup and the control it afforded. For example, you could shift the center channel image up or down by adjusting the delay. True most all pre/pros permit this but not by 0001s increments. Only a very few permit this sort of control. It also had a formidable EQ section. I have not seen this incarnation and so cannot speak. On the cutting edge these days.
