Does anybody know where I can get a remote control file for the Mitsubishi High Def TV Model WD-52725??

Go to the section of this site called "files" (in the menu that looks like an LCD display) and search or just browse for the brands you are looking for in the section where the Pronto files are located. (your model is a regular Pronto, not an "NG" Pronto)
Both Mits and Yamaha used the same codes for years, so I'm certain you will be able to find the right ones in the files section just fine.
If you need help getting the codes out of a file and placed in your remote go to the Pronto users forum and place a question, that area still has the highest volume of users of this site.
