Need to terminate left, right, center,rr,lr,plus sub cables on back wall of A/V closet. Looking for quality surface mounted 5.1 speaker module which I can then connect my 5.1 speaker harness to Middle Atlantic equipment rack that will pull out for servicing. Would appreciate any feedback - cannot seem to find one.

Are you talking about a wallplate with these connections?

No - not a wall plate - more like a module that can be surface mounted inside 1 of several large electrical boxes (24x18x6)where all cables are home run to. module similar to other modules like network, phone, etc..

Sounds like something you may have to improvise yourself.
You could always put a wallplate on a surface-mount box. That may be the quickest and least expensive way.

How about a Euro-block with 12 points? It would only accept bare wires though. A terminal block would work too, and accept spade terminals. Or you might have to build something like a radioshack project box with a couple dual banana posts or spring terminals. I've never seen anything even close to what you're looking for...except a wallplate.

Look at the new speakercraft speaker selector box/ in-wall terminating harness (insta-lock).All your wirers would terminate quickly into a harness to wall plate. From the wall plate via wire snake (very clean) to a speaker selector box which can be hidden.
