Anyone make 2-3 runs of CAT5e bundled together in one cable?

The network engineer in me says, "Nope". If you're running that much, why not just use 3 spools and pull them together?

How long a run? Is 25 pair CAT5 made?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

I have 25 pr. Cat 5 in stock, but have never asked if it came in Cat 5e. Very different to work with, however; the color pairs are not what we are used to.

That's exactly what I'm trying to avoid. Seems it would be easier with one spool and one jacket for all wires.

With these two mnemonics, you can find any pair in any phone wire...

five sets of five always listed WRBYV first, and BOGBS second, so... White/Blue is the first pair, and Violet/Slate is the 25th pair. Red/Orange is then the 7th pair...

There might be better mnemonics, but I've remembered these since I first heard them years and years ago...

The only mnemonic I can remember is for the color bands on resistors (do they even use that any more?), and I can't repeat it here.

Well, now you've gone and done it.....

I don't recall seeing banded resistors very often in current electronics. I expect most of it has gone to smd's, right?
