I've looked at a couple files and have not been able to find discrete on and off for the lexicon MC-12. Anyone have any recomendations where to find these? I relieze I can select an input to turn on the unit but it would be nice for discretes. Thanks for any help in advance.

According to Pg. 2-12 of the manual, you can teach it right out of the OE remote...

"shift" then "mode up" = power on
"shift" then "mode down" = standby

There was some reason to use standby and NOT to totally shut it down when you're done in the main zone...

I want to say that it's because then the extra zones couldn't be activated w/out the power being turned on first, which activates the main zone that may not be occupied when firing up a secondary zone.

Anyway, try standby and see if that gets you where you need to go.

I spoke with my partner who programs them for us.

He didn't recall excactly what the ussue was either, but we think it may be a trigger issue, like the amp triggers don't respond to the secondary zone power on/off unless the main zone was in a particular state or something like that.

Just be aware that you may be surprised somewhere along the line with this.
