Thought some here would like this news.
The local Ultimate Electronics stores here in Texas are closing the doors. Holding going out of business sales right now. 20% off everything in the store.
It looked to me like their states shown on their website have been cut back. I'm assuming Texas isn't the only place they cut. Anybody know what other states / stores they are closing?

Down, but not out....
They are under the umbrella of restructuring from what I read.
If the Ultimate lawyers and accountants learned anything from the K-Mart restructure, then we should expect to see Ultimate buying Best Buy anyday soon...
I love Corporate financing, none of the regular rules of the World apply here!!
What's that?? cash strapped and overextended??
File these forms to tell your current creditors to get screwed, and then we will buy the another company that is larger than we are!!
