I will have to check, I know we have done quite a few of the 700Ts over the years...

This depends on how intensive the graphics are on the Pronto... You cannot do fancy BMPs because the screen resolution is pretty simple, but there are quite a few basic icons including channel logo BMPs and the screens are nice and BRIGHT.

You will probably want to just load in the appropriate version of LexiDraw and do this through the PC.

I did my share of 500T's and 700T's.

The 500 can be programmed on the unit, but it is faster to program from the pc. You'll need to build an RJ-12 cable and RJ-12 to DB-9 adaptor. The 500 supports pretty rudimentary graphics, with a fairly low pixel count for the size screen. That being said, this was a very reliable remote, and one that could learn most IR codes. I still support a few out there.

Don't ever make a 500T button out of just one cell. It is too small to hit. Make it at least two cells high.

I did this on the first couple of 500Ts that I programmed and the customers had a hard time with them, so I had to change them. I eventually did 2 high or 2 high x 2 wide all the time.

This limits the number of buttons you can have on a panel, but the real limit seemed to be how heavy the darn thing was, not how many buttons you could put on a panel.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
