Hello Mr. Janzen,

My name is David Hernandez and I would like to have the chance to try to offer my services to you. I am still new to the end user installation (except for my own home AV system). As of right now I am looking for some part time work, nights and weekends.

What I can bring to the table for you is over five years as a electrical engineer. My current job position right now is with a company called Extron Electronics. We mainly deal in commercial end A/V equipment (scalers, amps, interfaces and switchers).

To start things out I would like to send you my resume as you have asked. If you like what you see give me a call. Thanks for your time.

Sounds great...but we don't work nights or weekends...we work 9am-6pm M-F

The work is very much "construction" oriented and is in a construction environment.

Send your resume though!

We just started a job board at ce-pro.com. You might want to try there.

Cool, thanks JJ...I've found that we get the best and most qualified responces from www.craigslist.org, but we never seem to get any people that have specific experience with A/V integration...it's always "sound guys" and "movie people" out here. I'd be happy with an experienced electrician! At least they have an idea of how to pre-wire.

sound guys aren't so bad...

i use a former sound guy to tune theaters and club sound systems
We can do it my way, or we can do it my way while I yell. The choice is yours.
