Is there a question in there or are you just trying to make sure everyone knows that you dont know how to program your RC9500?

Everything you describe as "Suck" or "Cant", or "nope" can be done.

yes i said it can be done ,,,just you must spend a hour ,, instead you should be able to have nice buttons in the remote you can use you cant make a custom remote with what they give you you can only make a ok remote .. the 3 points i make ALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE USED THE 9200 AND THE 9500 SAY IT WOULD BE BETTER and there is NO good reson for these things to be done ,,,hell ask eric j (who has worked on many remotes) i am sure he will agree... i am just putting it here becuse i have spoke with many others who do these remotes and they think it would be better .all the installers i know ..NEVER use the buttons in the remote THAT IS JUST WRONG ITS JUST A BUTTON GET IT RIGHT ,,

what is going on?!??! i don't even know what you guys are talking... www.dictionary.com .... anyways go to the pronto ng file section and you can get all kinds of great pics and buttons.... you will need to search the forum for the way to convert the files in winzip.... there has been many extensive postings on this... i have a 9500 and love it.. after changeing the notes to 10 and 1 in winzip the files open perfectly in wiz.it....
i have to program the remote again?!?!?!? .... www.scottnemiro.com

Like Impaqt said, shows your lack of knowledge more then anything

1) all the nice buttons in the Pronto file area were made by users who took the time to design nice buttons, has nothing to do with the remote or Philips

2) the 9500 uses PCFs, the ProntoPro TSU-7000 uses PCFs I will let you figure out the rest

3) The MX-3000, ProntoPro and RC-9500 use bmp and png files for icons. So even the MX-3000 that does not use PCFs can still use the same icons

On the other hand if you want a Custom remote, you should design the icons, that is the definition of custom to me.
