Anyone ever had a 921 lose it's favorites, timers, etc. after it has been unplugged for a while? ( a while meaning longer than say 30 minutes). I'm feeling sorry I ever installed this piece, since I've been reading in other forums of the truck loads of bugs it has....
In the last 18 months I have dealt with 3 Dish Network systems. We just pulled one of them out for Direct TV a couple of weeks ago. We are on the verge of pulling a 13 box system out because of so many equipment and service problems, and I got a call today from the 3rd client with a dozen boxes that they have more equipment problems.
With the luck and experience I have had with Dish I would throw it in the trash and start over with a new system.
