I am an installer in Seattle..... I have a handicapped client using Dragon Speak to navigate his computer via voice and I am looking for an alternative to the smarthome PC-IR linc for PC based infrared control. I am also using a xantec system which includes a macronizer to facilitate macro functions from a single command from the PC-IR software. I would appreciate any info on other PC based solutions. Thanks

Global cache makes the box that converts to infra red.
M Plus is the software developing firm that works in conjunction with Viewsonic and their Air Panel.

Don't know if it will interface easily from your client's system.
