I'm searching for the modulation type of a Ir system like TV, VCR, DVD, Hi-fi.

do you want to control these devices or just modulate them? check Xantech for IR ( control of devices) they also offer a system that offers IR control , modulation and cable TV on the existing coax cable .

Could just use all channel plus. The 5545 Channel modulator with IR, the DA8200HHR Ampliefer and distribution hub, 2010 Injector wall plate, and then an IR Receiver such as the 2132 or 2130.
