I would like to purchase the TSU-2000 and set it up so that it works on RF to control all my IR devices. What device other than the Pronto do I need to accompish this. I will be controlling 6-8 IR devices plus I may want to control some X-10 devices as well. I want to be able to use the Pronto without having to point it at the IR devices. I hope this makes sense, if not someone please set me straight. Thanks in advance

This isn't possible with the TSU-2000, You would need the Pronto Pro TSU-6000 with is a lot more money

Yeah, the TSU-2000 has NO RF capability, only the Pronto PRO (TSU-6000) Has the RF ability. I got mine for $600 from the Philips Employee Store. TSU-2000's are $224, BIG DIFFERENCE.

Both of the Marantz remotes are RF capable, the RC5200 requires the purchase of the RF extender like the pro, but the RC9200 comes with the extender already. Both of these remotes are more expensive than the pronto but also very worth it as they are much better.

Yes this is possible by using the
X10 Infrared Mini-Controller (IR543)
or
IH3080 INFRARED MINI CONTROLLER
Marmitek-IR7243

Have a look on the following url's
[Link: x10.com]
or

or

in the Controller section
