Hi everyone,
I've asked a friend at SpeakerCraft to see if someone from tech support can look into the recent questions people have had on the MZC product. He'll do what he can (he's a sales guy and on the road right now) to get someone to look here and answer stuff. Hopefully they'll be looking into your posts in the coming weeks.

FYI,
I called SpeakerCraft yesterday with some questions on the MZC, and they straightened me right out. If tech support was open 24X7, they would be right up there with Lutron in my book.
