For those of you using the MX-700 in your installations, please send in your completed .mxf files (whole configuration) or at the very least, the .mxd files so that Daniel can post them.

It's easier to send in the entire configuration file (.mxf) so others can have a better idea how you set up the macros, SideKick, etc.

Thanks.

Also, some installers aren't saving and using their device files (.mxd) for use in subsequent installations that use the same piece or pieces of equipment.

They are relearning the entire set of codes, instead of saving down an .mxd file from a previous configuration and importing it into the current job.

The .mxd files were created since most installers typically use the same components in the majority of their jobs. Therefore, a simple import of the .mxd files for those components, and all you have to do is program the macros and you're done!

Greg,

I just purchased a BlueDo Bose RF controller 10-CM2 and asked BlueDo for the MX-700 files. The suggested that you could convert the pronto code to the MX-700 code. If so, I would sure appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance.

I tried to pase the file into this message, but could not. The file is BoseCD5.ccf and is found on the Bluedo website under Accessories, then click the 10-CM2 and go to the bottom of the page.

Thomas,

We don't currently have those codes available in MX-700 format, however
GregoriusM from the Remote Central forum has kindly offered to convert any
pronto code to MX-700 if you promise to post the completed .mxd / .mxf file
on Remote Central for others to share!
