Hey guys,

I'm just writing to let you know that I have changed careers. After being in the A/V business for 18 years I recently moved into the mortgage lending industry. I am now working for Quicken loans/Rock financial.

It was a tough decision, my wife has been diagnosed with a a severe case of rheumatoid arthritis and is losing her mobility pretty quickly. At that point I had to make a decision for my family so I made the move.

Anyway, I consider you guys my peers and alot of you friends although we've never met. I'd like to extend an offer to each of you. If you're looking for a mortgage, or in the market to refinance your existing home please don't hesitate to call or email me.

If there are some of you out there dreaming fo buying a home and don't know where to turn give me a call, let me know that you're from REMOTE CENTRAL. I'll make sure you get a fair an honest assesment of what you need to do.

Lastly, I'd just like to say that I've had alot of fun hanging out on the forum with you guys, and thanks for all of the great advice over the years.

But I gotta ask....

So when you talk to people who are not from remote central your going to make sure they get an unfair and dishonest assesment????

Good luck in your new profession and best wishes for your wife.
I'm always right. The only time I was wrong was the time that I thought, that I was wrong.

Best of luck Skybird, I know it must be tough leaving a profession you obviously love. Good luck with all future ventures and best wishes for you and your wife.

Best of luck to you and your wife. It is very good to know that she is not in this alone, and you need to know that you are not in it alone either, so please know that as you are family, relevant posts are welcomed!

And also, thanks for hanging out here, and more thanks for putting up with Impaqt's sense of humor, QQQ's obvious bird-of-a-feather attitude, and my general crankosity. Not to mention, as Mad magazine puts it, the Usual Gang of Idiots.

Skybird, where are you in Michigan. I know a couple of guys at Rock/Quicken. I'm right down the road from the HQ in Livonia.

Anyway, good luck and be well.
