I'm programing favorite macros blind this weekend. I have never delt with dish network before. I couldn,t play arround with the reciever (dish net 301) I think. can I just enter a 3 digit macro without the enter code or do I need the enter code?

4 digit for some channels 3 digit for other channels,

I'm not sure of the dish remote I'm programing a MX-3000. What do you mean 4 digit is that possible?
