I was wondering if it is possible to print out a page from a pronto. I would like to leave kind of a make shift owners manual with my customers. If I could print out a picture of my customers remote and leave some written instructions referring to the picture, I think it might save me a return trip or two. Most of my problems arise from
older customers who just aren't used controlling alot of integrated equipment.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

cannot be done as far as I know. I posed the same question the the URC-HTM guys, not for the reason that you want, but to be able to print out a document that can be filtered and put in clients binders, a sort of "engineering" document for the remote...alas not set up to be done at this time, but look forward to the day when it can be done.
What part of "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." do you not understand?

...off your main hard drive. For a Pronto classic, c:\ProntoScreens\, for the TSU7000 c:\ProntoProScreenShots, for the TSU3000 c:\Pronto2GScreenShots, other emulators may dump to other directories, but you should be able to figure it out. :-)

Thank you very much Impaqt and Daniel. Worked great. I dropped off a "user manual" for my customers and they were very impressed.

thanks again

You need to be in the emulator... navigate to the page, press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard.

C:\Pronto2GScreenShots would be for the TSU3000. Make sure you are using the most recent software version (several of the earliest versions of ProntoEdit NG did not support screenshots).
