Need recommendations for a solid close captioning decoder.

application: residential, 4 lines should be sufice.
source: Y/C (will consider composite or RF input
if the data is not transmitted on Y/C,
although Y/C output would be a plus)
control: need discrete funtion on / off control via
trigger, contact closure, RS-232 / 422, or
IR.

Bump!...

I'm looking for exactly the same thing for captioning.

Also need a good quality RS232/422/485 controllable Character Generator. Need to be able to call many simple titles, in/out should be Y/C or composite.
