Hey guys - I want to set up my theater room to have a couple of recess cans above the TV and in a few other locations. Is there a way to automate these to dim with my Pronto? I dont know where to begin. I would need to buy the lights and install them but how do I connect them to an x-10 device so I can control them with the pronto?
Any advice is appreciated Thanks Merlin

For about $50 you can get an IR dimmer switch at Home Depot. I think the pronto can learn its IR

I guess my question is...
Is it really that easy, just swap out the switch and learn the command and violla? I thought there was more to it.

It's that easy Merlin, that Lutron Spacer is a nice unit, but so long as your remote will learn it's code, ANY IR controllable switch will work. Use the search feature on this site with some relative criteria (lighting, lutron, etc.) and you'll get back some hits on threads where people went into detail helping others in your same boat.
