Hi all,
A customer of ours was given a Philips TIVO box from "Way Up North" and is planning to use it here. I assume that none of the station -programming will work and that he can only use it as a digital video recorder to record an external input.
I also assume that there is no need to connect a phone line, as the subscription service would not be activated?
Any further insight would be appreciated.
