I have a customer with a pront tsu3000 and it's frozen. First of all is there a quick fix so she can use it. and secondly, is there a good fix for this problem. also, does anyone have any reliable zone 2 codes for Onkyo receiver? thanks, thurs

Try taking the battery out for a couple of minutes and putting it back in.

There is a reset button under the battery cover (recessed into the back). You'll need a paperclip, skinny screwdriver, or something. This will unlock it and normally still has the programming in it.
