Anyone willing to review a file and check for any issues I may have overlooked? I am a first time programmer and have a client who is having problems with his TSU3000. When I reporgram it, it seems to work fine, then ultimately I get a call with a problem. I have tried everything I know how to do, but since I am unexperienced with this remote, a little help would be much appreciated.

MoNick,
So... you might find you get better results by:
1. Posting to the Pronto Forum. 2. Giving us some clue of what the "problem" symptom is.

Thanks for the advice, but I have posted there as well. The actual problem is intermitant and seems to lie in the macro's for on/off. His equipment is
Sharp XVZ10000u Denon AVR3805 Denon DVD1910 Samsung HD DirectV Lutron Dimmer
His complaint is either the projector does not turn off (have it set to toggle off 3 times during the off sequence), the DVD player will not turn on, and most recently when he scrolls to lighting page he is unable to control any scenes. When I delivered the remote everything worked great.
