Has anyone ever made the necessary connections to use a SHARP LCD television as a pc monitor as well? How? techinically, it appears the televions are capable; but the input types don't seem straight forward for this type of install. Any experience or advice would be welcomed. (Sharp LC-26GD6U) Thanks.

Dirty Mike,

If your PC has a DVI output, you can use just about any LCD panel that has a DVI input. What you probably want to get is a Sharp LCD TV that has a VGA input.

How about the LC-20B6U-S?

Is it primarily for watching TV?

Or

Primarily a computer monitor?

The 20B6 has been a hot seller for dual purpose. One of the most popular things Ive seen in awhile is the cantilever mount, in the kitchen, with the wireless keyboard and mouse.
Gunga.....Gunga....GU-Lunga

And since Ernie won't keep count, I will. Hes up to 249, and counting.
