I'm pretty much fed up with Amazon Prime since deliveries are never two day any longer, and I can get free shipping from Amazon without a Prime account anyway (most sellers there are offering free shipping there and on Ebay as well).

So, what are the alternatives for Prime Video, in the same approximate $139.00 annual or $14.99 monthly price range?

Prime really offers nothing in movies or TV shows, that we care for anyway, so why have it?

We feel the same way, Amazon Prime (TV) kinda sucks.  We signed up for HULU last week and have enjoyed a few shows on it. (The Bear, Dopesick).  Last time I checked HULU it was trash, but in the short time we've had it, it's been pretty good.

I pretty much get everything in a day or 2 still. I watch several shows and use the included Prime Music. Still a Decent value for me.

Netflix is out of their minds though.

I think the Apple Service is a great value for the money.

Disney and Paramount are staples in my home as well.

I guess we watch a lot of TV.

I originally signed up for Prime just to watch The Grand Tour.

Since, I have been finding other Amazon Original series to watch (Jack Ryan, Reacher, just started The Terminal List) and haven't been disappointed in any of these shows.

Their Movie selection is questionable but they do have a lot of b-list movies that are actually pretty good.

For the single subscription fee which also includes Amazon Music, Amazon Photos, Prime Video, you are getting a lot for the money. If you aren't taking advantage of the other features with your prime membership you are really missing out.

Being in Canada we are a bit more limited with what services we have access to but for me Netflix would be the first one in our house to go before Prime, Disney, or Paramount.
You can't fix stupid

My latest orders, that I needed to be on time, since the parts were to repair a KitchenAid refrigerator that was down until the parts came in, took 6 days and 10 days respectively.

Tracking showed the part having not been handed off to USPS for delivery, and showed the items leaving "a partner facility in Durham, NC (165 miles away) and going to "a partner facility" in Wilmington, Delaware (478 miles away) and then no longer moving at all.

Finally today the items show up after I had called last night to complain, and then I get refunds for all the parts.

Question is, do I let them know the parts showed up at last, and offer to reverse the refunds, or do I call it even after they caused me to lose three gallons of my ice cream?

Decisions, decisions. LOL

True.

I have had a few times where I was told to just keep it, or throw it away.

Must be nice to have such great margins.....

Walmart+ is pretty good. Offers next day deliveries on most products and groceries are usually same day. You get paramount+ with it and you get a discount on gas at select gas stations.

It depends on what you want to view, but basically, netflix has won the battle in the category they are in.

I find that Prime Video is still the best solution for finding older, more obscure movies and "legally" streaming them, though it might cost $2 or $3 sometimes. I scroll through a lot of short videos on Facebook, Youtube, etc. Sometimes I see movie clips that peak my interest and 99 out of 100 times, Prime Video is the only service I can find it "add-free" (Tubi always seems to have them, but you have to watch 15 minutes of adds for every 30 minutes of movie).

Anyway, I still appreciate the Prime services. Any time I don't get my order within 2 days, it's because it didn't come from a Prime provider (see, you have to make sure the provider is Prime, or there's no guarantee on delivery times). I actually get most of my orders next day and some even same day.

I also still have Netflix, Paramount, Peacock, Apple+, and Hulu, but most of those are either fully or partially paid for by T-Mobile, Xfinity, or some other service I have.

I once ordered an all in one computer, and once I got it, didn't like it. Wanted to return it, but they gave me credit for it, and let me keep it.
