Has anyone been remotely accessing Modero panels and if so, is your client using DSL? We have a client that we are attempting to do this with, but are running into problems. We can access the panel in our office but we are on cable. The guys at AMX tell my programmer that they have only done it with cable. If you are getting it to work, are the clients required to have a static IP or will no-ip work?

We put a system computer in clients rack, then access that through secure software which gets us into all of our software on site , Lutron, AMX, panasonic etc. One of our clients has 5 CV7's and 3 8400's plus about 30 keypads, all programming changes are done from our office 4 hours away.
