Having problems with the new Integra models (ie. the .4 models) & programming remotes. Learning the codes from individual component remotes into the Integra remote is a pain in the ass. Anyone else having the same problem? If so, let Integra know. I've already spoken to technical & my rep, so maybe if we all bitch loud enough they'll fix the problem - haha.

Other than a little slow going compared to others I use, I've always been successful with these. The one that takes several repeat tries is the comcast/motorola cable box remote for some reason. Other than that, no problems at all.

What are you having trouble with?
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

If you are an authorized dealer, then go to their dealer site and get the hex and 232 commands off the excel sheets, and copy and paste into the remote software.

my mistake, read too fast, I never ever sold or installed a system without a PC based programmable remote, it is way to important for the customer to have an easy to use interface between them and the gear, otherwise the system is hard to use, they get pissed, don't want to use it and feel as if they threw money down the drain.....so go sell them something, MX 700, pronto, RTI, harmony, anything that can provide good event based programming. I like the mx 700, thats just me.
