I don't believe they have an IR anymore. Cox can't confirm. Know Xfinity uses this box. Has anyone found IR to work. I put blaster inside and Nada.

It is the large box. Pace C2 contour for Cox with RF remote. The remote does transmitts IR as I have copied codes.

If it is kind of wedge looking, the 4k one, it’s at the very bottom of the front panel, about 2/3 of the way over towards the right side.

With very little help from Cox. The IR window is at the bottom of the middle of the unit. The IR Codes are From Arris even though it is a PACE box. So Arris X2.
